Southwestern Turkey Meatloaf

This meatloaf is an absolutely delicious combination of lean ground turkey, Mexican spices and salsa that create a little fiesta in your mouth!  Not to be outdone, the side for this meal is a fabulous Black Bean and Corn salad with a lime-cilantro dressing.
